Jeffrey C. Williams also known as Jeffhova is a non-binary international multifaceted artist. Formally educated at Politecnico Di Milano, Italy and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. They received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in International Fashion Design with a focus on Fashion Illustration, Knitwear and Sportswear. Williams was the winner of Bravo TV's The Fashion Show: Ultimate Collection Season 2 hosted by Isaac Mizrahi & Supermodel Iman.
